Racing Rules of Sailing – Test Rule DR21-02

The Test Rule DR21-02 (Umpired Radio Sailing) is an official World Sailing document that modifies the Racing Rules of Sailing (including Appendix E) for events where umpires are appointed.

It introduces provisions for on-the-water umpiring, clarifies the role of observers, and sets out how protests, penalties, and umpire decisions are handled during radio sailing races.
