The New Zealand Radio Yachting Association (NZRYA) in conjunction with the International One Meter International Class Association (IOMICA) are pleased to announce the inaugural International One Metre Class Oceania  Championship to be hosted by Pegasus Radio Sailing Club at Lake Pegasus, Christchurch, New Zealand in 29 September - 04 October 2025.

This event is the first major IOM event to be hosted in New Zealand since the 1997 IOM World Championship held in Wellington (NZL) will be a regular international event scheduled on a bi-annual basis in non World Championship years across Oceania countries.

Get set for four days of championship racing at one of New Zealand's premier Radio Sailing venues located just 30 minutes north of Christchurch.

New Zealand is absolutely awesome, being known for its incredible scenery, extensive mountain ranges, vast underground cave systems, gigantic glaciers, boiling hot springs, golden-sand beaches and rugged coastline.
